Tools 4 Schools is a resource of best practices and tools that will help increase success at the school level for activities such as Communications, Development, Fundraising, Recruiting, and Volunteers. It provides a simplified way to quickly locate reference tools as well as resources that make conducting school business easier and more effective.

Why was Tools 4 Schools Developed?
Tools 4 Schools was developed to help:
- Increase success at the school level for activities such as Communications, Development, Fundraising, Recruiting, and Volunteers.
- Expand your awareness about tools and resources that are available to assist you in accomplishing your school business goals.
- Boost your speed in achieving greater success and help assure your long-term success.
- Make it easier for you to educate new school employees by providing best of class practices within the Archdiocese of Galveston Houston.

- Principals, Teachers, Development officers, School Administrators, volunteers, etc.

How is Tools 4 Schools Organized?
Tools 4 Schools consists of seven sections (represented visually as tabs at the top of the page).
The sections include two content levels (the essentials, and building on the essentials). You can think of these levels as benchmarks for determining the sophistication of the topic and previous knowledge required before putting what you have read into action.

This section provides you with important information relating to successful ways to communicate effectively with students, parents, relatives, and friends. - Development

This section provides you with great tools and resources that can help you on a daily basis. Here you will find a repository of information and files for download including: logos, frameworks & templates, core identity elements, and much more. This is a great resource if you know what your looking for but you do not know where to find it. - Frequently Asked Questions
This section provides a list of questions (with answers) that pop up on a regular basis. It is a good place to visit first if you need a quick answer to a specific question. If you do not see your question listed in this section, please make sure to submit it to T4S@archgh.org.
